With the advent of technology and stuff, we are living the most claustrophobic lives ever. Do you remember the last time you were just not thinking about anything but just doing what you were supposed to do? Talking about work while having family dinner, scrolling social media while reading a book, or thinking about the pending light bill while watching TV. You are constantly busy until you snooze off. Let us take a breath and see the 5 easiest ways to make life simple and easy.
Make life simple by following a routine
Build a routine that is easier to follow and not something that you kind of do with full enthusiasm one day and with none the other day. The same goes for your eating habits. Following a diet that is sustainable is important rather than how fast you get the result. Because you may get the result faster but it won’t stay for long.

A simple morning routine of exercising, reading, and staying away from phones are a few things if inculcated would get you great results.
Similarly including self-care in your routines would only increase productivity.
Remember! It has to be a routine and not a one-time thing.
Make life simple by Organizing
Today there are tons of tools that help you schedule and organize stuff. Let it be work-related or home-related.
But the best way to do it is by writing. When we write things they tend to stay in our minds. Now I know why we were told to write the same thing 10 times in school.
So go on and put that sticky note as your kitchen magnet. Tick off things that were done and write down stuff that is pending. Remember, Out of sight and out of mind.
Make life easy by being honest
The simplest and easiest way to overcome any difficult situation is by being honest. In school, we have learned honesty is the best policy, and our very own Mahatma Gandhi also preached being truthful. Honesty will lead to a stressless life for sure. You gain trust in the long run too. So there is nothing to lose.
If you become honest you let go of toxic people from your life automatically which is so very important for your own sanity.
Make life easy by living one day at a time
Constantly thinking about the future and worrying about it makes it all the more difficult.
Instead, take one day at a time. That being said doesn’t mean to start procrastinating. Of course, you should be financially prepared for things like medical emergencies. But overthinking about what is in-stored only makes it worse.
Make life easy by being a minimalist
Minimalism is just not a trend but it is a great thing to be a minimalist. The lifestyle is amazingly simpler. You don’t have to think about which clothes to wear, and a matching handbag to carry because you don’t have that many choices. Simple isn’t it? Don’t forget this lack of choice is BY CHOICE, so be proud.
Decluttering becomes so easy for minimalists.
Some really famous people are minimalists. Robert Pattison, Steve Jobs, and Leonardo Da Vinci to name a few.
Check out this amazing 2-minute video on minimalism. I am sure you will love it.
Hopefully, they should inspire you to be one.
Make life happier by being grateful
Being grateful is better done than said. This virtue comes with time and practice. Writing a Grateful journal every day will open up the closed mind circuits. You become more aware of the smallest and simplest things happening around which makes a great impact on the overall quality of life.
So write down things which you are grateful for, before sleeping or first thing in the morning. It will surely make your day better.
Make life simple by owning the mistakes
Life comes with ups and downs. No one is ready for everything. You will face hardships and struggles. But by owning the mistakes you would only get to your destination faster. Because you are aware of what was the mistake and what should be done to not repeat it.
Bottom line
It is up to you how you shape your life and what you make out of it. But be a better version of yourself every day.
Remember it is all about YOUR choices.
